Smallest habits show unbelievable results in long-term if you follow them with discipline. It is simple steps that helps you reaching your goal in specified time period.

Physical health

When it comes to being physically healthy you should consider variety of things such as:

Sleeping Better:

Sleep plays very important role in your physical health. It helps in healing and repairing your body in many ways. Requirements varies from person to person, but on an average any one should have sleep between 6 to 8 hours per day. It Doesn’t Matter how much and When You Sleep As Long As You Sleep Enough Hours.

Maintain Balanced diet:

Eating healthy food helps in maintain a healthy weight. Food that we eat should have enough nutrients that are required by the body in small amounts, for a variety of essential processes. It is easy when you plan your diet and follow it according to the plan. More over you should like what you are eating this helps in following the diet and achieving your goal with respect to healthy eating.

Physical activity:

This may involve in playing, working, dancing or going to gym or doing exercises at home. The important thing is actively involving your body in any physical activity frequently. This will show immediate or long term effect on quality of your life and health. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day. You need to adjust and increase activity time if you want to lose weight. Stay hydrated as you are exercising, you need to replace the water that your body lost.

Mental Health

We as a humans are driven by Emotions. It affects on how we think, feel and what we do. It is as important as physical health. It refers to behavioral and social well being.

Manage Emotions

It is not as easy as it seems controlling your emotions which are affecting you will take time and patience. Removing negative thoughts from your mind is essential. Feeling good about yourself is very important. Focus on your strengths which reminds you of feeling worthy.

Spend some time alone with yourself will make you realize what is important to you and clear your mind indeed.

Relaxation

once in a while it is required to leave what you are doing and just relax. This will not only helps you feel better, but also improves your focus on what you are going to do next.

At least take some time off in a week or in a day to relax. There are various activities that you can do that will reduce stress, anxiety and more psychological illness. while keeping your mind clear is as important as staying fit physically.

Social well-being

We are social creatures. we have need to be loved and stay connected. As per studies, heavy use of social media can increase risk of depression, anxiety, loneliness. you need to stay in control on how much you are using social media.

It is important to have friends and family, who can understand you and can help you in difficult times. You should make time to spend time and share happiness with them. Being kind and helping others feels good and also boost your self-esteem.

The Ultimate goal of being healthy is to live longer and happier. Goals without plan are just dreams. You can read or see motivational videos or get inspired by people.

As a individual you are unique. what worked for me may not work for you. Design your own plan and implement it. Modify it if required, but don’t give up until you reach it ..!
